To be placed on the schedule to be baptized at Northwood Church Main Campus on Sunday, June 26th at 6pm, please fill out the form above.  In addition, please bring a change of cloths and be at the Main Campus at 5pm for instructions and prayer.  Make sure you wear dark clothing to be baptized in and bring a towel to dry off with.
